PEdALED
PEdALED is a Japanese cycling apparel brand founded in 2007 in Tokyo by designer Hideto Suzuki, who had spent over a decade designing for a well-known Japanese fashion house before stepping away. Tired of the corporate rhythm of the fashion industry, he set out to merge his design background with his passion for cycling — and PEdALED was born in a small shop in Shibuya, slowly building its reputation from the ground up into a globally recognized cycling brand.
PEdALED's philosophy rests on the belief that every element of a garment should serve both function and aesthetics — never one at the expense of the other. The result is apparel that blends a minimalist Japanese design language with advanced technical fabrics and natural fibers, designed in Japan and crafted in Italy. The collections span road cycling as well as a growing gravel and bikepacking range, with the brand closely tied to events like the Transcontinental Race and the Silk Road Mountain Race.
Since 2012, PEdALED has been owned by the British saddle maker Brooks England, a move that expanded its distribution while preserving Suzuki's independent, design-led vision. Today, PEdALED products are available through the brand's own webshop and a carefully curated network of bike retailers worldwide.
