For all orders exceeding a value of 100 EUR shipping is offered for free.

Otherwise we charge a flat fee of 10 EUR for shipments within the European Union or United Kingdom.

If the delivery takes place to a non-EU country or the UK, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, however not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. We recommend asking the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

As general guidance, the goods within Poland and Germany reach their destination in 2-4 working days.
Within the EU and UK, the goods reach their destination within 7 working days.

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt o on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
