1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at the VIOLCA store ("Store"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. This Returns Policy explains our procedures and guidelines for returning products.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1. Products: Only products purchased directly from our Store are eligible for return. Products purchased from authorized resellers or third-party platforms must be returned according to their respective return policies.

2.2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

3. Return Process

3.1. Notification: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at wioletta@violca.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3.2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return packaging.

3.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Return Conditions and Fees

4.1. Return Window: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

4.2. Return Fees: If the return is due to a change of mind or a non-defective product, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

4.3. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or doesn't match the description on our Store, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

5.1. Refund Options: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

5.2. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our Store.
